SPATCH SMSC

Spatch SMSC is used by wireless carriers worldwide. The low-cost SMSC is installed at your site which ensures efficiency and reliability.

Spatch SMSC is available to carriers for a low monthly fee. Every Spatch SMSC solution comes complete with all of the features, full 24 x 7 technical support, and all updates. No more costly updates. No more
rising support costs. And, since our pricing is tied to the number of
subscribers that use SMS/OTA (and not message counts), you'll be able to easily control your SMS costs.

Spatch SMSC can integrate with SMS content and SMS applications. Since Spatch SMSC is an "installed" solution, YOU decide what applications and content that you will offer, and YOU decide which vendors to use for the applications, content, interoperability, etc.

Spatch SMSC is also capable of working with your voice mail for enhanced message waiting indicator, and with your billing system for usage billing.

With over 25 installations throughout North and South America, Spatch SMSC is the "value" choice amongst installed SMSCs. Call us today to find out more about Spatch SMSC.

SPATCH SMSC FEATURES

Support for CDMA, TDMA and GSM - Regardless of the digital solution you use, Spatch SMSC will work effectively.

Mobile Originate - Mobile Originate allows messages to originate from mobile phones.

Web to Phone - This solution allows your friends, family, coworkers, etc., to send messages to wireless phones from the World Wide Web.

E-Mail Text to Phone - People can send messages to your subscribers' wireless phones using e-mail. They simply send a message to MIN#@sms.yourcompany.com, and the message text is automatically passed to the subscriber's phone.

Over-the-Air Programming and Activation - For CDMA and TDMA, SPATCH SMSC offers roaming table updates and over-the-air activation (some restrictions apply).

Enhanced MWI Delivery - Delivers enhanced message waiting indicator (voice mail counts) to subscribers' phones.

SMPP Interface - Allows Spatch SMSC to be connected with your internal and external applications (voice mail, content, interoperability, etc.).

Distributed Solution - Spatch SMSC can distribute your load (amongst 2 or more servers) so that your traffic is easily handled and unnecessary backhaul is reduced.

Vote Counting Software - Offer SMS voting to your subscribers.

CALEA Compliance - Spatch SMSC offers full CALEA compliance for SMS.

Delivery Verification - Spatch SMSC will queue a message (up to X days) until the phone is turned on and the message is delivered.

Delivery Confirmation to E-mail - When a message is sent from e-mail to a phone, Spatch SMSC can send a reply e-mail to the "sender" notifying them that the message has been successfully delivered to the phone.

TAP Input - Your Spatch SMSC solution will be set up to accept TAP input from any standard paging or text-messaging software. TAP is the industry standard and allows your customers to use their current messaging software to send SMS to your subscribers' phones. Visit our Technical Information section for more information on TAP.

Phantom Numbers - Phantom Numbers allow subscribers to define their own MIN for text messaging. With this feature, a subscriber could use his or her business telephone number as their mobile messaging ID.

Web-based Group Messaging - Senders that send messages from a Web browser can set up groups for messaging. The group information is stored on the sender's computer as a "cookie."

Low-cost Generic Hardware - Spatch SMSC is built to run on a generic Intel-based CPU with generic communications hardware and a generic operating system.
