Spatch SMSC is licensed on a yearly basis. The agreement allows you to pay monthly for the
use of the software, periodic updates, and full technical support. The monthly fee is based
upon the number of subscribers that used SMS in the prior month (see pricing below).

Monthly Usage Pricing |

The pricing is fairly simple. We charge per subscriber per month. At the end of each month,
we will gather the statistics and bill you based upon your contracted rate plan. (The
minimum charge is $2,000 per month.)
