INPUTS: |
| TAP Input |
TAP (Telocator
Alphanumeric Protocol) is the protocol used by most
"paging" or "text-messaging" software.
In the U.S., all alphanumeric paging providers offer
TAP input. With Spatch SMSC, message senders can use
standard TAP software to send text messages to your
subscribers' wireless phones. Your customers can get
TAP-supported packages that will operate in practically
any computing environment (NT, UNIX, Windows, etc.). |

| INTERNET
INPUTS: |
| SMPP |
Spatch SMSC permits input of messages from SMPP connections. Many popular SMS services rely on SMPP connectivity for message transfer. Some of the more popular SMPP services offered today are SMS Polling, SMS Web Searches, and SMS Interoperability. |

|
| E-Mail |
Spatch SMSC permits sending messages via e-mail.
Message "senders" can send an e-mail to one of your
subscribers at min#@sms.yourcompany.com.
The message is read and formatted by Spatch SMSC,
and then sent to the designated subscriber's wireless
phone.
Spatch SMSC also offers Delivery Confirmation. If
the "sender" puts a reference number (REF 1234) in
the subject of the e-mail message, the Spatch SMS
system will send a confirming e-mail (back to the
sender) once the subscriber's phone has successfully
received the message.
|
| Web Page |
Spatch SMSC allows input from a Web browser. Message "senders" can simply go to your Web page to send a text message to one of your wireless subscribers. Spatch SMSC includes a Web page design that can be incorporated into your Web site. You (the carrier) can customize the Spatch SMSC Web page to fit the look of your site. When using the Web page, users will simply input the subscriber's MIN#, the message and their name. Once the sender selects SEND, the message will be sent to the appropriate wireless user. |
